Stephen was walking around the hotels and areas where everyone was staying while they are on the lookout for Silver Rose and others and decided to get the guys together to go workout and spar so that they can be in the best shape for fights later and also impress their ladies...the second part would hopefully become part of the package deal after they get Ashley's love back.
So, Stephen went looking for Vance, Terrence and any of the other guys that came along and told them of his idea. "Hey lets go find someplace that we can go and get battle-ready without out destroying the region...and maybe it will impress our love interests...you know like your Terrence...man...she really likes you a lot...not as much as My FireBird likes me...and I can't speak for Vance but you know what I mean... so what do you say guys?"

Not having much of a plan for the day beyond maybe going for a swim and possibly visiting Serena Terrence decided to take Stephan up on his surprising suggestion for a bit of group training, initially he had raised a brow as he admittedly thought most of the others wasn't really interested in training like what was suggested. He knew Ryuusei and Vance have had some kinds of physical training given what he's seen in the battles they've been in.
With how he had the Machulk transformation he had assumed Stephan wasn't quite as into working out but was now reassessing his thoughts about that now. He wondered about the young man's reasoning though before chuckling "Not the reasoning I'd use for training but to each their own! Although perhaps we shouldn't do anything to excessive in a first outing like this, I'm fairly certain your Firebird would try to cook my goose so to speak if ya got too beat up during training." he joked in good nature.

"Sure, I'm in." Not for the reason Stephen mentioned, as he was already quite toned, but because it might be fun to spar with the other guys. "Though, if you're lookin' ti impress Rei, you might want to tone this body more than your other one."

Stephen smiled at Terrence and nodded then smiled and again nodded at Ryussei...
"Great you here all we need is old boy Vance and we can start, I did kinda lie to you guys though...I wanted to get us all together for them but not to get stronger...to practice our moves for performance for them!"

Frowning with a slight shake of his head Terrence sighed "Can't say I'm a big fan of being deceived but I suppose it was harmless enough in this case, Ryuusei voiced much of what I had been thinking" he noted in an agreeable tone while thumbing towards Ryu "We should whip you into good shape, it would serve two purposes." He held up a finger "First of all improving your muscle tone would do nothing but make you look and feel better and probably impress Rei. Second it'll have the practical purpose of improving your stamina which would serve you well with our times in battle and further aid your exploits with your Firebird when you two get intimate." he mused with a playful waggle of his brow.

Stephen looked at them surprised at both their comments... "You two wanna help me? Wow...um sure... but what are you two planning? It's been a while since I did any type of workout.."
Stephen was thinking of how Rei would react and how much more he could do in their battles to save the world.

"Yeah, if you're just lookin' to impress Rei, all you really need is confidence. She's tough, but I bet she wants a dependable guy around for support...specially with all us crazies around!" Ending that last part with a devilish grin.
Of course he could be completely wrong about Rei, after all that first time with Erika was QUITE the surprise.
"But if bulking up is part of that, we'll help. I think there's a place in the basement here." He thought he saw mention of a Fitness Center among the hotel's features.

Terrence laughed at the 'crazies' comment and nodded his head once in agreement "I mean not all of us are crazy but some are..I like to think I'm fairly grounded most of the time" he mused with a good natured laugh. He turned to address Stephan once more "Honestly a fitness center is your best bet as I admit I don't exactly have a whole lot of common sense when it comes to training..I'd probably just have you running laps to start until you fall over exhausted."
"Being dependable is important so to add on to what Ryuusei said maybe we can get you on a training regimen at a fitness center to help you build some muscle and if you stick to it regularly show that you are dependable and willing to stick to something even if it isn't fun to begin with." He offered a shrug with a small smile "However all we can do is offer our thoughts and its up to you to decide what you really want then we can work from there."

Stephen sweatdropped at Terrence wanting him to run laps till he fell over but smiled still at him.
"Thank you, you guys... I'm not really sure what to say. I mean yeah my other half is super strong but I now probably gets knocked over in a wind storm..."
